Most people use their full name, but you can use any name - even a nickname or business name - that people will recognize.
Step 5: At E-mail Address box, type in your email address. Bear in mind, that this is the address that people who receive mail from you will return it to. So, it's important that the correct address is entered.
Step 6: Next, skip down to the Logon Information section. Type in your username and password in the appropriate boxes. If you want, you can also check the Remember Password box. If you don't, you will be prompted for the password each time you send and receive mail.
Step 7: Next, move to the Server Information section. In the boxes labeled incoming and outgoing mail servers enter the following: mail.maxiis.com. It is important to make sure that the server names are entered exactly as noted. Double check all of the information entered on the page and if correct, click on the button in the lower right hand corner labeled More Settings.

Step 8: This will open the Internet E-mail Settings window. Click on the tab labeled Outgoing Server.

Step 9: Check the box labeled My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and choose the selection below it labeled Use same settings as my incoming mail server. Once that is completed click OK.

Step 10: Now you are back at the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) page and have completed entering information for the email setup. Click on Next.

Step 11: Close the E-mail Accounts wizard by clicking Finish. You are now ready to send and receive email through Microsoft Outlook.
